To recap. A Korean girl called her white co-worker a "dumb white dude from BumbleFuck, Southern State."
He did not want to report it.
I respected his decision; however, I felt like management should be aware of the situation in the event that Korean girl acted crazy on other issues. I specifically said, White man doesn't want anything to come of this; it's more of a 1st time shame on you 2nd time shame on me type situation. We handled it, Korean girl hasn't said anything inappropriate in a racial regard (but she has said inappropriate stuff to other people). The manager knew all the people, as she was on site for 3 days. She also happened to be black.
The way that the other white people are perceiving the situation is that
Nothing was done because one black told another black.
The reality: Nothing was done because a white didn't want for anything to happen.
The system works for anybody that would like to use it. And don't look at me like the Angry Black Woman when you fail to use the system.
